In Arkansas, this agency is the Arkansas Development Finance Authority, otherwise referred to as the ADFA, which was established through the Arkansas Development Finance Authority Act.

The Arkansas Development Finance Authority was primarily created to develop safe, decent and affordable housing for low and moderate income Arkansans.
