a) Indian Housing Mortgage Insurance Program - This program provides mortgage insurance for property on tribal lands where restrictions on ownership prevent lenders from holding a mortgage on the property. In addition, the program also work towards providing lender loan guarantees for up to 30 years, and enables Native Americans who are building or buying homes on tribal lands to qualify for mortgage loans.

b) First Home Program - This homebuying program is tailored to assist first time homebuyers in the process of procuring a new home with little or no downpayment. This program is also equipped with a sudden unemployment protection feature.

c) Operation New Home Program - This provides low fixed rate mortgages to help veterans and active duty military buy homes even if they are not first time homebuyers. This program also offers mortgage options with no point, low points, and little or no down payment.

d) Disaster Assistance Loan Program - This program offers low-interest home-repair loans and home-replacement mortgages to homeowners whose homes have been damaged or destroyed in a declared natural disaster.
