It's work is greatly focused on providing support to field health programs, research and innovations in areas relevant to the overall agency health objectives, specifically addressing concerns regarding emerging global health issues.

The US Agency for International Development: Bureau of Global Health has recently announced a funding opportunity amounting to $200,000,000 in order to support the Food and Nutrition Technical Assistance (FANTA III) project.

To make this happen, the USAID Bureau of Global Health plans to enter into a 5-year cooperative agreement with eligible applicants through the FANTA III project.
