4) United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) - The HUD is the government agency that is tasked to provide loan programs to individuals who need money to buy new homes or refinance their current dwelling with a very low down payment.

5) United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) - VA is the government agency that provides loans and financial assistance to veterans and their dependents.

6) United States Small Business Administration (SBA) - The SBA is the federal government agency that offers loans and grants to small business concerns and small disadvantaged businesses.
